Two friends, two campervans, one idea.

How it started

Jiří had a T4. Honzík had a T3.

Campervan.cz was started by two friends — Jiří and Honzík. Both passionate travellers, both convinced that the best trips are the ones you don't plan too far ahead.

With these vehicles we realised what a campervan truly means: freedom. The ability to stop anywhere, sleep wherever you like, and wake up right in the middle of nature.

Our passion for travel and unconventional adventures gradually turned into an idea: we wanted others to have these experiences too. That's how campervan.cz came about.

Where we are now

The vehicles changed. The passion didn't.

Jiří now drives a Mercedes Sprinter Iglhaut 4×4 — a professional all-wheel-drive conversion by the German firm Iglhaut. This vehicle goes where a regular campervan simply can't — from the Šumava forests through the Alps to the Icelandic F-roads.

Honzík went for a Mercedes Sprinter Hymer 4×4 — a premium campervan combining a refined interior with 4×4 drive. Reliability without compromise.

Why we do it

“We're not a company maximising profit from every booking. We're people who want to give back to the travelling community.”

Jiří and Honzík both have jobs, families, and full lives — campervan.cz is a hobby, not a livelihood. And maybe that's exactly why it works the way it does. That's why campervan.cz is a no-commission platform — owners keep the full rental price. No hidden fees, no percentage cut. Just a direct connection between owners and travellers.
