The vehicle is covered by the owner's insurance. We recommend taking out your own travel insurance โ especially for breakdowns or illness abroad. Ask the owner for coverage details at handover.
Yes. Cancellation terms are set by each owner and always shown before you confirm. General rule: the earlier you cancel, the better the conditions. Details are always in the listing.

In the CZ, you can park in official campsites, dedicated RV parking areas (Stellplatz), or on private land with the owner's permission (e.g., via apps like Bezkempu). In Prague, we recommend guarded parking lots or campsites on the outskirts with good public transport access.
Most vehicles on Campervan.cz have a valid Czech electronic highway vignette included. However, always verify this in the listing details or ask the owner via chat before your trip.
Most owners allow travel within the EU. However, conditions may vary โ some might have restrictions on specific countries or daily mileage limits. Always check the 'Rules' section on each listing for details.
Listing is completely free. If you use our payment gateway, you pay approximately 3% of each transaction โ that's just the payment processing cost. No commission, no monthly fee, no hidden charges.
No. The payment gateway is entirely optional. Some owners use it for convenience โ escrow deposits, automatic payouts, card payments. Others prefer cash or bank transfer and handle deposits themselves. Both are fine.
You do. Price, deposit, cancellation policy, minimum rental length, handover rules โ everything is decided by you. We provide the tools and the platform; the decisions are yours.
It depends on your payment setup. With our gateway you receive funds within 5 business days of the vehicle being returned. With direct payment you arrange it with the renter yourself.
The platform verifies the basic identity of all users. As an owner you always have the right to decline a booking without giving a reason โ it's your vehicle, your choice. Feel free to chat with the renter beforehand.
