We process personal data you provide when registering and using the portal:

• Identity data – first name, last name, date of birth

• Identity documents – copy of driving licence, national ID, or passport (renters only)
• Payment data – payment card information processed by the payment gateway (we do not store card numbers)
• Transaction data – booking and payment history
• Technical data – IP address, device and browser information, cookies
• Communications – messages sent via the portal chat

4. Recipients of personal data

We share your personal data only to the extent necessary with:

• Vehicle owners – name, contact, and identity verification in connection with a specific booking
• Payment service providers – for payment processing

We do not share personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Some tools we use (e.g. analytics or communication platforms) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards in accordance with GDPR (standard contractual clauses or other adequate mechanism).
